Beaufort Capital provides tailored debt and equity solutions to experienced developers, investors and specialist operators across the UK.

Our partners and directors bring extensive experience across real estate development, investment and finance, having worked on both sides of the transaction. This gives us a practical understanding of the challenges faced by our clients and enables us to structure capital around the commercial realities of each opportunity.

Combining institutional investment discipline with an entrepreneurial approach, we provide flexible capital, commercial decision-making and certainty of execution, with a focus on establishing long-term partnerships.

Built on long-term relationships.

We believe the strongest partnerships extend beyond individual transactions. Many of our clients have worked with Beaufort across multiple developments and investments, reflecting our commitment to understanding their businesses, delivering on our commitments and providing capital that supports their longer-term objectives.

Our approach is relationship-led, combining continuity of personnel, commercial flexibility and a shared commitment to successful outcomes.

Funders who have stood on the other side of the table.

Beaufort Capital Management UK Limited provides tailored debt and equity solutions to experienced developers and specialist operators across the UK — from £10m to £150m per project.

We offer Senior, Stretched Senior, Mezzanine, Bridge-to-Development and Equity facilities for acquisition, development, repositioning and value-add opportunities across residential, student accommodation, care homes, hotels, industrial and other major real estate sectors.

Our partners and directors have built their careers on both sides of the table — as developers and as financiers. That perspective shapes how we underwrite, structure and support every transaction we back, with flexible structuring, commercial decision-making and certainty of execution from initial enquiry through to completion.

Four principles behind every facility.

01

Flexible Structuring

Senior, stretched senior, mezzanine, bridge-to-development and equity — combined and sized to fit the scheme, not the other way round.

02

Commercial Decision-Making

Decisions are made by the partners underwriting the deal, not a distant credit committee working from a template.

03

Certainty of Execution

A track record developers can rely on when terms are agreed — funds move at the pace the project needs.

04

Responsive Partnership

The same team stays with a facility from initial enquiry through to completion — and beyond.
